About the event

Welcome to the Shifting Motherhood program!

This program uses mindfulness practices and reflection to empower mothers of children under 4 years with the tools to support their mental health and well-being. We explore ways to rebuild energy, restore emotional balance and nourish your body-mind-spirit connection through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and journaling.

As a new mum recovering from birth trauma and post-natal depression, I learnt through lived experience the importance of practising self-care that supported all aspects of my health. Shifting Motherhood program offers a practical and holistic approach to practising effective self-care. It provides a set of skills to help mothers better care for themselves.  Join our Spring Intake 🌸 Starting Friday 20th September at @wfnhouse
